Now, two kids later, I’ve transformed my life and motherhood by developing simple systems around decluttering, capsule wardrobes, kids stuff, cleaning and tidying, meal planning, time management, and more- and I can’t wait to share them with you! If you’re ready to reclaim the time and energy you crave, be present with your kids, and finally enjoy the life and motherhood you SO deserve - let’s kick overwhelm to the curb, shall we? Grab your lukewarm coffee, your notebook and pen, and clear off some counter space! Let’s do this. *** I help moms declutter their homes, heads, and hearts. 99 // Master Mental Clutter in Four Simple Steps
Tuesday Feb 13, 2024
Tuesday Feb 13, 2024
Once I removed the physical clutter and calendar clutter that was no longer serving me, I was left with my thoughts. We can’t control our thoughts and according to research we have 12,000-16,000 of them a day. But the issue is that 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive - in other words, they are the negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, “shoulds”, and to-do’s swirling around in our brain.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing my simple four-step plan to master your mental clutter, so you can stop feeling scattered and distracted in your life and motherhood.

How do we find the magic in the “blessed mundane” of motherhood?
How do we overcome the martyr mindset and see motherhood as a powerful calling?
How do we look outside of our circumstances to see the big picture of our impact on our kids and future generations?
Kirsten Vossler, wife and homeschool mom of 9 children (soon to be 10!) has some ideas. In today’s episode, Kirsten talks about how she was able to shift her mindset - and her unrealistic expectations - to find joy in her motherhood and embrace it as holy work and a high calling from God. Kirsten loves encouraging, inspiring, and equipping moms to grow in joy and find fulfillment in their motherhood through her Rejoicing in Motherhood Podcast.

Simplifying and streamlining your home to support you and your family members is incredibly important - but even moreso if you have family members with disabilities or special needs.
On today’s episode I have the pleasure of speaking to Alana Frost from Alana’s Organizing. Alana is the Founder & CEO of Alana's Organizing, a home organization and relocation concierge. She's determined to help busy women efficiently manage their hectic lives, and feel more at peace in their home. Alana is passionate about supporting women as they strive to live their best life.
